John Cougar BIO

DJ John Cougar has spent the last 10 years spinning records, promoting and writing for a who's who of Vancouver cultural hot spots. As one of the first and longest performers at legendary Vancouver art spot, Sugar Refinery, Cougar helped laid the foundation for Vancouver's eclectic DJ explosion. The last two years have been dedicated to his latest project, Casbah!, a disco punk dance party that has helped launched the careers of many prominent Vancouver bands. Cougar has DJ'd in the past with Franz Ferdinand, TV on the Radio, Ladytron, Hot Hot Heat, Paradise Boys to name a few.
